I’ve been exploring the reefs along the coast of Khor Fakkan and Dibba in the UAE, the last couple of weeks and was truly blessed with some incredible encounters.
The reefs seem like a heavenly world to explore full of bright and colourful creatures that can seem out of this world.
One of the most magical experiences was encountering my first sea turtle in the wild. It was an unexpected and surreal experience and since then, I have been privileged enough to encounter them more and more.
Last week I was snorkeling in one of my favourite spots when I saw a beautiful and gracious jellyfish just going with the flow. 😉
I was so focused on the jellyfish that I didn’t notice what was lurking around…
After this encounter, I ‘cautiously’ made my way to the shore and decided to get some aerial footage.
I was absolutely dumbfounded when I saw what was splashing around my favourite snorkeling spot…the same spot I’ve been going to, alone for weeks…
